The predicted salary is between 38250 - 46750 Β£ per year.

Our client, a global organisation based in Cambridge, is currently recruiting for a Quality Engineer to join the team on a full time, permanent basis.

Working closely with the Quality Team to ensure the continuation of improvements and high standards against internally built and manufactured products, while progressing the creation and refinement of standards and required documentation.

Key duties will include but are not limited to

  • Take ownership of ISO9001 and ISO27007 internal audits.
  • Review internal activity on current projects to present findings, suggested improvements and an actionable plan across the business.
  • Ensure agreed 5S standards are achieved.
  • Support colleagues and provide training as and when required.
  • Manage quality systems such as but not limited to; PCR, Sw BRT, Mod levels, SWS, Waste Management Processes and more.
  • Review internal products to ensure the required level of specification is achieved against FAI.
  • Ensure internal regulations, policies, Health & Safety procedures and Environmental compliances are met.

The successful candidate will have

  • Certificated with Internal Auditor ISO9001 and ISO27001.
  • Experience and understanding of Ro HS, SCIP, REACH legislative standards.
  • Excellent communicational and organisational skills.
  • Experience working within a Quality Engineer environment.
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and MES systems skills.
  • Proven experience delivering RCCA and use of 8D methodology.
