An established professional services firm is seeking a Probate & Estates Assistant to join its busy Probate and Wills team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support a growing private client function within a supportive and forward-thinking environment. The position is available for an immediate start, although notice periods will of course be accommodated. Offering flexibility with hours available across part time and full-time hours.

The Role

You will play a key part in supporting day-to-day probate and estate administration work, contributing to the smooth and efficient running of client matters while delivering high standards of client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing files and maintaining accurate, up-to-date records
  • Regular interaction with clients and external bodies, including HMRC, as required
  • Providing general administrative support aligned with probate and estate matters
  • Working closely with fee earners to ensure matters progress efficiently
  • Supporting colleagues and contributing positively to overall client service delivery
