This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Corporate Knowledge Lawyer to support the successful corporate team of a leading UK law firm. The role involves:

  • Driving continuous improvement across the team
  • Developing and delivering training initiatives
  • Monitoring and researching legislative and regulatory developments

  • Contributing to the firm's wider corporate strategy

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' PQE as a qualified Solicitor or equivalent legal qualification, with a strong background in corporate law. You will have excellent technical knowledge and experience across a broad range of corporate matters, particularly in:

  • Private Equity
  • Mergers & Acquisitions
  • IPOs
  • Corporate Restructuring

You will be proactive and commercially minded, with excellent communication and organisational skills. A genuine interest in innovation, technology and the future development of legal service delivery is essential.
