The Role
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, you will play a key role in supporting business performance through insightful financial analysis, robust reporting, and proactive business partnering.
Working closely with site and commercial leadership teams, you will provide challenge, support, and guidance to help achieve financial and operational objectives.
This role offers significant exposure to senior stakeholders and the opportunity to influence key business decisions while ensuring strong financial governance and control.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with site operations, commercial teams, and senior management to provide meaningful financial insight and support business performance.
- Analyse and communicate performance against key metrics, including EBITDA, cash flow, and capital expenditure.
- Prepare and deliver management accounts, budgets, forecasts, investment appraisals, and other financial reports within agreed timelines.
- Support decision-making by identifying financial risks and opportunities, providing recommendations to maximise commercial performance.
- Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and compliance of financial information in line with company policies and accounting standards.
- Maintain strong financial controls and governance, liaising with internal and external auditors where required.
- Evaluate growth opportunities, capital projects, and investments through detailed financial analysis and ongoing return-on-investment tracking.
- Conduct post-investment reviews and appraisals to assess project performance.
- Support wider finance team initiatives through consolidated analysis and reporting across multiple business areas.
- Contribute positively to continuous improvement activities, team development, and a high-performance culture.

About You
We are looking for a qualified finance professional who can confidently build relationships across the business and translate financial information into clear, actionable insight.
You'll ideally have
- ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Finance Business Partnering role
- Strong management accounting, budgeting and forecasting experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- The ability to influence and challenge stakeholders at all levels
- Experience evaluating business cases, investments, and capital expenditure projects
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
