Day-to-day of the role

  • Engage in a full spectrum of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, venture capital, and private equity.
  • Work collaboratively across various office locations, contributing to a seamless team environment.
  • Drive business development opportunities, focusing on both retaining existing clients and developing new client relationships.
  • Maintain up-to-date technical expertise and continuously develop interpersonal and soft skills.
  • Manage your own caseload with minimal supervision, ensuring competent financial management and adherence to firm-delivered targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
