We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, franchise-approved car dealership located in North Bristol for the position of Car Sales Executive.

Duties of a Car Sales Executive

  • Sell new and used cars, alongside accessories, finance products, warranties, and service plans.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Keep customers informed about delivery schedules and advise on any potential delays.
  • Resolve customer queries efficiently before finalising sales.
  • Collect payments from customers and ensure a smooth handover process.
  • Explain warranty and service arrangements; introduce customers to the Service Department.
  • Demonstrate vehicle features and provide ongoing support to customers post-sale.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager and team members to maximise sales opportunities.

Requirements of a Car Sales Executive

  • Recent or current experience in automotive sales, ideally within a franchise-approved dealership; however, individual with strong transferable sales experience from other sectors will also be considered.
  • A genuine passion for delivering excellent customer service and expert product knowledge.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Full UK driving licence with minimal points.
