Are you a Business Operations Manager or similar with a commercial focused background, looking for a brand-new role with an ambitious engineering start-up? This company is in the development stages of producing a market-changing product for the industrial, energy and aerospace sectors. Since its conception in 2018, it has gone from strength to strength winning government contracts and has now received more funding to help them take the next step in their expansion.
This autonomous role will see you report directly into the CEO and assist with the commercial operations of the business. You will progress opportunities, follow up with clients in the sales pipeline, draft proposals, coordinate customer visits, assist on project plans and grant writing, as well as general operational oversight of the staff in the HQ. This is a Monday to Friday position, with some flexibility included.
This role would suit a Business Operations Manager with a commercial background, looking to work for an ambitious start-up with exciting plans and long-term opportunities to progress into senior directorship.
The Role:
- Progress opportunities and customer follow-ups.
- Managing sales pipeline, coordinating visits and meetings.
