Administrator
We're looking for an Administrator to support the warranty team in a busy construction machinery dealership.
It's a simple office role where you'll keep paperwork organised, chase missing info, and make sure claims get submitted on time.
Nothing technical - just solid admin.
What You'll Do
- Process job cards and upload claim details
- Keep registers updated and records tidy
- Chase info from the service team when needed
- Handle basic claim rejections and send extra details
- Arrange returns of faulty parts
- Support the Senior Admin with payments, credit notes and weekly reports
- General office admin and answering calls
What You Bring
- Good communicator
- Organised and able to stay on top of routine tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-moving environment
- Confident using Microsoft Office
- Office/admin experience preferred but not essential
