An excellent opportunity has become available for an Audit and Accounts Senior to join a leading firm of Chartered Accountants in Brighton, offering flexible working, a strong company pension, and much more. The successful candidate will manage a varied portfolio of audit and accounts assignments from planning through to completion, working closely with Managers and Partners while supporting the development of junior members of the team.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • Planning, leading and completing audit assignments across a varied client portfolio
  • Preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, partnerships and sole traders
  • Supervising and reviewing the work of junior team members
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified, or finalist level
  • Previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
  • Strong technical knowledge of UK GAAP and/or IFRS
