Our client is expanding their Residential Property department and are looking for an experienced Conveyancer to join their friendly and well-established team.

The Role

You'll manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, ensuring clients receive an exceptional service throughout every stage of the transaction.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and leasehold transactions
  • Providing regular updates and clear communication to clients
  • Liaising with estate agents, mortgage lenders and other third parties
  • Ensuring matters progress efficiently and in line with regulatory requirements
  • Delivering an outstanding client experience while building long-term relationships

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you are

  • A Licensed Conveyancer
  • A Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • A Solicitor
  • An experienced Residential Property Fee Earner

You'll have previous experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish, excellent communication and organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and confidence using case management systems.
