Reed are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Conveyancing Executive, or Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters within a supportive and well-established team.

About the Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently and clients are kept informed throughout the process.
Responsibilities
- Managing residential sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, and leasehold matters.
- Keeping clients regularly updated throughout their transaction.
- Liaising with estate agents, lenders, brokers, and third parties.
- Progressing files efficiently while maintaining excellent attention to detail.
- Maintaining compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements, and firm procedures.
- Building strong client and professional relationships through excellent service delivery.
