About the Role
As a Planner, you'll
- Manage customer orders from receipt through to production release
- Process and release 50–100 orders per day using the ERP/MRP system
- Check stock availability and resolve any issues before production
- Liaise with production and internal departments to ensure schedules are met
- Monitor orders through to completion and keep stakeholders updated
What We're Looking For
- Previous planning experience within a manufacturing or production environment
- Strong ERP/MRP system experience is essential (SAP desirable)
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Manufacturing background required (retail/logistics-only experience won't be suitable)
