In this varied role, you will lead the development of innovative products from concept through to production, managing product trials, testing and technical evaluations. You will work closely with customers and cross-functional teams to deliver new solutions while ensuring quality, compliance and accurate project documentation.
This role would suit someone from a Scientific/Engineering background with R&D experience, looking for a highly technical role, with an industry leader who will allow you to enhance your skillset and progress your career.
- The Role:
- Lead the development of innovative products from cradle to grave

- Any form of chemical composition industry experience (Paper / Plastic / Textiles) would be advantageous
- Commutable to Bridgwater, or willing to relocate
