This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded finance professional to join a successful business with ambitious growth plans and a strong market position.

Reporting to the Financial Controller, you'll take ownership of the monthly management accounts for a key business unit while partnering with operational stakeholders to provide meaningful financial insight and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Preparation of monthly management accounts
  • Cash flow reporting and forecasting
  • Maintaining financial ledgers and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Statutory accounts preparation
  • Producing KPI reporting and performance analysis
  • Supporting budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Assisting with year-end and interim audits
  • Identifying opportunities to improve financial controls, reporting and processes
  • Providing cross-functional support across the wider finance team

About You

We're looking for a proactive and commercially aware accountant who enjoys working in a growing business environment.

You will ideally have

  • ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualification (or be newly qualified)
  • Strong accounting experience
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Advanced Excel capabilities
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Experience of improving financial processes and reporting
