On offer for the successful Experienced Electrical Estimator is the opportunity to become a key member of an established estimating team, taking responsibility for preparing accurate and competitive tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission. You will work closely with project managers, engineers, suppliers and clients, using your technical expertise and commercial awareness to secure new business while supporting the successful delivery of projects.

In this role, the successful Experienced Electrical Estimator will manage a wide variety of estimating responsibilities across multiple projects. You will review client enquiries, specifications and technical drawings to prepare detailed quotations and cost estimates, ensuring they accurately reflect project requirements. In addition, you will liaise with internal departments, suppliers and external stakeholders to obtain competitive pricing and ensure accuracy throughout the tender process. On top of this, you will identify value engineering opportunities, support commercial decision-making and maintain compliance with quality procedures and Health & Safety standards.

The ideal Experienced Electrical Estimator will have previous experience within electrical estimating, ideally working on commercial and industrial projects. You will have a strong understanding of electrical installations, power distribution, control systems and current industry standards. On top of this, you will possess excellent organisational, analytical and communication skills, be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and estimating software, and demonstrate a proactive, detail-oriented approach with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously.
