Commercial Insurance | Bradford | £50,000 - £80,000 + Bonus

Not every insurance broker measures success by quarterly targets and shareholder expectations. Our client is a long-established, independent insurance broker with a reputation built over more than a century through trusted advice, lasting relationships and doing the right thing for both clients and colleagues. As the business continues to grow, they are looking to appoint an experienced Corporate Account Executive to join their Bradford office.

This is an opportunity to inherit part of an existing corporate portfolio through planned succession while developing your own book of business. Whether you already have a client following or are looking for the right platform to build one, you'll be given the support, autonomy and time to succeed.

Working with a broad range of corporate clients, you'll become their trusted adviser, providing strategic insurance and risk advice, leading renewal discussions, identifying opportunities to broaden relationships and working closely with specialist broking and claims teams to deliver exceptional service.

The business values long-term relationships over short-term wins. Growth is important, but so are integrity, professionalism and putting clients first. If you're demonstrating the right behaviours and delivering for your clients, you'll be backed by a leadership team that understands sustainable success takes time.

What we're looking for:

  • Commercial or Corporate Account Executive experience.
  • Strong technical insurance knowledge.
  • A relationship-led and consultative approach.
  • Ambition to develop your portfolio and career.

In return, you'll receive a competitive salary of £50,000-£80,000, a bonus structure that rewards both growth and client retention, an annual company-wide bonus, and the opportunity to build your career within one of Yorkshire's most respected independent insurance brokers.

If you're ready to join a business where relationships, reputation and long-term success still matter, we'd welcome a confidential conversation.
