Are you an experienced BIM professional looking for an opportunity to take ownership of BIM coordination across a diverse range of technically challenging projects? We are currently recruiting for a BIM Coordinator to join an established and growing Design team based in Bradford. This is a hands-on role where you will be responsible for the day to day coordination, management and quality of BIM information across assigned projects.

Working closely with designers, engineers, technicians and external consultants, you will play a key role in coordinating multidisciplinary design information, ensuring models and drawings are accurate, compliant and delivered to the required standards.

Key Responsibilities as BIM Coordinator:

  • Coordinate BIM delivery across assigned projects in line with project requirements, company standards and ISO 19650 principles
  • Coordinate project models with architectural, structural, civil, and other consultant information
  • Undertake model reviews, clash detection, model federation and multidisciplinary coordination
  • Manage project model setup, coordinates, links, worksets, model health and information exchanges
  • Support the implementation of BIM Execution Plans, information requirements and agreed project workflows
  • Undertake quality assurance reviews of Revit models, drawings and associated design information
  • Coordinate model and drawing information through Common Data Environments
  • Support Design Leads during multidisciplinary design coordination and BIM meetings
  • Assist with the development and implementation of BIM standards, templates, Revit families and workflows
  • Provide day-to-day BIM and Revit support to designers and technicians
  • Undertake Revit modelling and drawing production
  • Support the coordination of complex engineering and infrastructure systems within the wider BIM environment

What we're looking for as a BIM Coordinator:

  • Strong practical experience using Autodesk Revit
  • Previous experience within a BIM Coordinator, Revit Technician or similar BIM-focused position
  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary design information
  • Good understanding of technical drawings and engineering design information
  • Experience working within BIM-led project environments
  • Working knowledge of ISO 19650 and BIM information management principles
  • Experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud, BIM 360 or another Common Data Environment
  • Experience with Navisworks, clash detection and model coordination
  • Strong understanding of technical drawing production and model quality assurance
  • Confidence working with architects, engineers, contractors and other members of multidisciplinary project teams
  • Ability to coordinate multiple projects while remaining hands-on with model and drawing production
  • Experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D would be advantageous
