This is a fantastic opportunity to join a rapidly growing specialist safety organisation that operates across technical training, specialist equipment, servicing, manufacturing and industrial rescue. The business has experienced significant year-on-year growth and has ambitious plans to reach £30 million turnover by 2030, investing heavily in its people, specialist facilities and capabilities to support its continued expansion.
In this role, you'll join an experienced training team delivering a broad range of practical and classroom-based industrial safety programmes. Confined Space sits at the heart of the organisation's expertise, but you'll have the opportunity to develop across areas such as Working at Height, Respiratory Protection, Gas Detection, First Aid, Fire Safety and IOSH. You'll primarily work from the company's modern training headquarters near Bournemouth, with some travel to customer sites and the opportunity to use purpose-built mobile Confined Space training equipment.
The ideal candidate will have experience delivering or assessing Confined Space training and hold a Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET) alongside an assessor qualification such as CAVA. You'll have a strong understanding of Confined Space equipment, procedures and safe working practices, with experience potentially gained across Utilities, Water, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Nuclear or another safety-critical industry.

The Role:
- Deliver practical and classroom-based Confined Space and industrial safety training
- Deliver both accredited and in-house training programmes
- Develop into Working at Height, Respiratory Protection, Gas Detection, First Aid, Fire Safety and IOSH
- Primarily based from specialist training facilities near Bournemouth
- Structured induction, shadowing and ongoing trainer development
- Further qualifications and accreditations available
- Potential progression into Quality, IQA, Depot Leadership or specialist Rescue operations
- Predominantly Monday-Thursday - four-day working week
- Company van provided for business use
The Person:
- Experience delivering and/or assessing Confined Space training
- Level 3 Award in Education & Training (AET)
- Assessor qualification such as CAVA
- Strong understanding of Confined Space equipment, procedures and safe working practices
- Background within Utilities, Water, Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Power Generation, Nuclear, Industrial Services or similar
- NEBOSH, IOSH, First Aid, Working at Height or IQA qualifications advantageous
- Strong communication skills with a passion for developing others
