Our client is a specialist cardiovascular education and publishing organisation, working closely with leading physicians and medical device companies around the world. Through this collaboration, it delivers trusted, high-quality educational content that supports clinical excellence and innovation in cardiovascular care. They are looking for a Cardiovascular Medical Education Manager to join their growing devices business unit. This role can be worked on a remote basis, but candidates need to be based in the UK with the right to work in the UK.

This role sits at the intersection of cardiology, medical devices, clinical science, physician education, and industry. You will work with leading cardiologists and electrophysiologists to identify clinical challenges, knowledge gaps, and educational needs, and follow emerging clinical evidence, guidelines, technologies, and treatment strategies. You will turn these insights into high-quality webinars, case-based education, microlearning, congress sessions, and continuing medical education and independent medical education programs. You will work with faculty to shape topics, agendas, cases, and educational discussions, and bring clinical and scientific expertise into conversations with major cardiovascular medical device organisations. You will collaborate with the company's commercial, scientific, editorial, marketing, and delivery teams, and attend around three to five major international cardiovascular congresses each year to engage with physicians, industry, and emerging science. This role will involve travel to international conferences and events at least 3-5 times a year.

At the heart of the company's approach is credible peer-to-peer education - physicians educating physicians. You will help identify the clinical questions and conversations that make education valuable.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone with practical knowledge of cardiology. You might come from the cardiovascular medical device industry, or from a clinical background such as a cardiac physiologist, a nurse, a clinical scientist, or another cardiovascular healthcare professional. What is important is the ability to understand physicians and identify educational needs within this area.

What is essential is a solid understanding of cardiovascular procedures, medical devices, treatment pathways, and clinical practice, along with the ability to engage confidently with cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and other cardiovascular specialists. You don't need to be an experienced grant writer - we're looking for someone who brings cardiovascular knowledge, clinical credibility, and curiosity from day one.

This is an opportunity to use that expertise in a broader, internationally focused role, working with leading physicians, global medical device organisations, and our client's cardiovascular education platforms, with knowledge of at least one cardiovascular specialty or therapy area. A good understanding of cardiovascular procedures, devices, and treatment pathways. Ideally, the ability to understand and discuss clinical evidence and emerging technologies. Confidence engaging with physicians and industry stakeholders and a willingness to learn new cardiovascular therapy areas. Willingness to travel internationally when required.

What Success Looks Like

You will become a trusted cardiovascular expert within our client's devices business unit; someone who can speak with an electrophysiologist or international interventional cardiologist and understand the clinical conversation. Someone who sees a new trial, technology, or change in practice and asks: what does this mean for physicians? Where is the uncertainty? What do clinicians need to understand? How can we turn this into valuable education? The ability to connect clinical practice, medical technology, evidence, and physician education will be central to the role.

This is a great opportunity to use your cardiovascular expertise on an international scale while remaining closely connected to cardiology. Our client offers a generous salary, plus annual bonus of around 10% and other excellent benefits. For further information please send your CV and a short cover letter.
