My client is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Solicitor to join our busy and well-established Conveyancing Department in their Bolton office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.
  • Handle a broad range of property transactions, including sales, purchases and transfers.
  • Advise clients throughout the conveyancing process, delivering a high standard of client care.
  • Prioritise your workload effectively while meeting key deadlines.
  • Delegate work appropriately and support colleagues where required.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, estate agents, mortgage brokers and other professionals.
  • Identify opportunities to develop existing client relationships and generate new business.
  • Maintain accurate case records using the firm's case management system.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and quality standards.

About You

  • A minimum of 1 year's PQE in residential conveyancing.
  • Experience managing your own conveyancing caseload.
  • Experience of residential sales, purchases and related property transactions.
  • Experience of small business transactions and commercial leases would be advantageous but is not essential.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good IT skills and experience using case management systems.
  • The ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment.
  • A proactive, professional and client-focused approach.
