As Account Handler, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of cross-class commercial insurance risks.
This role will suit a knowledgeable and competent Commercial Account Handler capable of dealing with a range of different commercial risks.
The Commercial Account Handler Role
- Managing renewals, mid-term adjustments, claims and queries for your clients.
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service at all times, representing the business in a highly professional manner.
- Building and retaining excellent working relationships with both clients and insurers.
- Ensuring clients receive the best possible cover to meet their insurance needs.
Experience and Skills
- Proven experience of working in the commercial insurance industry as an Account Handler is a must.
- Strong knowledge across a wide range of commercial insurance risks.
- Excellent communication skills, both in a verbal and written manner.
- A keen eye for detail, with the ability to understand and assess risk.
- Be highly organised and able to manage your time efficiently and effectively.
