We're looking for an enthusiastic Diagnostic Technician to join our growing team.

  • Role Responsibilities for Diagnostic Vehicle Technician
  • Carry out advanced vehicle diagnostics and fault finding
  • Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic vehicle issues
  • Perform repairs and maintenance in line with manufacturer standards
  • Use diagnostic tools and software to identify and resolve faults efficiently.
  • Complete vehicle health checks and provide accurate reports.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard
  • Support other technicians with complex diagnostic issues
  • Maintain accurate service records and job documentation
  • Keep up to date with new vehicle technologies and training requirements

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Diagnostic Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician
  • Relevant automotive qualifications (e. g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, IMI or equivalent.
  • Level 3 or higher Electric Vehicle qualification - Essential
  • Strong knowledge of vehicle electrical and electronic systems
  • Experience using modern diagnostic equipment.
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
