- Hours: 37 hours per week Monday to Friday
Your Mission
As a vital member of the quality assurance team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives and maintain high standards of product quality.
Your expertise will ensure that our suppliers meet regulatory requirements and customer satisfaction is at the forefront of operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Quality & Compliance Management: Support the deployment of quality and safety management strategies, ensuring adherence to all regulatory and business requirements.
- Audits & Approvals: Assist in conducting supplier, internal, and external audits to maintain ISO and aviation regulatory approvals.
- Performance Management: Support supplier performance through Scorecards, Maturity Assessments, and Engagement Plans.
- Product Introduction Support: Evaluate supplier readiness and compliance during new product introductions.
- Governance Activities: Manage compliance data, reporting, and track closure of compliance issues.
- Training & Development: Deliver compliance and quality training while maintaining staff competency records.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Procurement, and Suppliers to resolve quality and compliance issues throughout product development and production phases.
What We're Looking For
- A relevant qualification or equivalent industry experience.
- Background in supplier quality, compliance, manufacturing, or MRO environments.
- Familiarity with aviation regulations (UK CAA/EASA, FAA, AS9100, etc.).
- Auditing experience for suppliers and internal processes.
- Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Office, Power Bi, and Tableau.
- Strong problem-solving skills and experience in root cause analysis.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
