Senior Field Service Engineer – Birmingham area, Up to £62,500 pounds plus van and benefits.

We're recruiting on behalf of an established international engineering business. ( Electrical/Mechanical experience a must )

This is a senior position within a business that's investing heavily in growth, training, and cutting edge technology covering Birmingham and surrounding areas.

You'll take ownership of complex electro-mechanical equipment, carrying out everything from planned maintenance and reactive breakdowns to installation, commissioning, and customer training.

You'll be LEAD your team of field engineers, trusted to resolve faults efficiently while delivering... first-class service.

You'll also support continuous improvement, manage spares, and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards. We're looking for someone with solid field service experience.

Strong electrical, and mechanical fault-finding skills, confident communicator, comfortable working independently, strong IT skills, and exposure to automated or capital equipment, would be a plus.

In return, the salary is up to 62,500 plus company van, fuel card, overtime, pension, ongoing product training, and genuine career progression.
