The Role
As a Senior Associate in our Corporate team, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional legal services. Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting on corporate finance transactions such as mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity deals.
- Drafting standard corporate documents including articles of association, shareholders' agreements, and SPAs.
- Collaborating with colleagues to provide innovative solutions for clients across various sectors.

- Solid experience in general corporate law and transactional work.
