What we're looking for

  • ACA or ACCA qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience in practice
  • Proven experience managing a client portfolio within a busy accountancy environment
  • Strong technical knowledge across accounts preparation, tax and financial reporting
  • Confident communicator with the ability to build long-term client relationships
  • Strong systems knowledge including Excel, Word and cloud-based accounting platforms
  • Experience with software such as Xero, Sage or similar systems advantageous
  • Highly organised, detail-focused and able to manage competing priorities under pressure
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider team
