Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are consistently achieved while driving continuous improvement across the shop floor.

- Leading, motivating and developing Production Operatives across multiple manufacturing processes.
- Coordinating daily production activities to achieve safety, quality and delivery targets.
- Monitoring production performance, identifying issues and implementing corrective actions.
- Driving Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement and 5S initiatives across the shop floor.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards and maintaining a right-first-time culture.
