The Opportunity
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Transaction Services Manager to join a highly regarded, independent corporate finance advisory business based in Birmingham.
Our client is an established and growing M&A boutique specialising in advising entrepreneurial and privately owned businesses across the UK and international markets.

With continued growth in transaction volumes and an expanding advisory offering, this is an opportunity for an experienced Transaction Services professional to take a key role within a close-knit, high-performing team and work on a broad range of mid-market transactions.
The Role
Working closely with senior members of the advisory team, the Transaction Services Manager will have responsibility for supporting the delivery of transactions from initial analysis through to completion.
Typical responsibilities will include
- Leading and managing financial analysis and transaction support assignments.
- Reviewing and analysing historical and forecast financial information.
- Supporting financial due diligence and assessing the quality and sustainability of earnings.
- Preparing detailed financial analysis, models, and transaction materials.
- Identifying key financial, commercial, and operational issues arising during transactions.
- Working closely with management teams, shareholders, investors, funders, and other professional advisers.
- Supporting the preparation of information memoranda, valuation analysis, and other transaction documentation.
- Managing elements of transaction processes and ensuring key milestones and deliverables are achieved.
- Coaching and supporting more junior members of the team.
- Developing strong relationships with clients and contributing to business development activity.
- The Candidate
You are ACA qualified, with 2 or more years of experience in Transaction Services, Transaction Advisory or Corporate Finance.
You have considerable experience analysing businesses, financial performance, and cash generation, with proven ability to produce high-quality financial analysis and transaction documentation.
In addition to strong commercial awareness and an understanding of the drivers of value in a transaction, you demonstrate excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, as well as the confidence to work directly with clients and senior advisers.
You possess a proactive, entrepreneurial approach and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
