Main Duties:
- Producing accurate, timely monthly management accounts
- Compiling and taking ownership of the monthly Management Information pack for board-level review
- Contributing to rolling forecasts and the annual budgeting cycle, including detailed supporting analysis
- Proactively flagging risks and opportunities to your line manager
- Reviewing and challenging existing processes to help drive profitability and continuous improvement
- Supporting the preparation of statutory accounts and ensuring audit deadlines are consistently met
- Acting as a point of contact for external stakeholders on financial queries
- Maintaining and updating financial models as required
- Assisting with the annual audit process, providing information and support as needed
- Business partnering with non-finance colleagues to build wider commercial and financial understanding
- Supporting investment appraisals and business case analysis alongside Finance Business Partners
- Completing balance sheet reconciliations accurately and on time
- Raising commercial and ad-hoc invoices as requested
- Taking on other duties appropriate to the level of the role as required

What We Are Looking For:
- ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified (or studying/finalist)
- Proven experience in a management accounting role, including month-end close and reporting
- Strong Excel skills, with an interest in data visualisation and automation tools
- A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with both financial and non-financial stakeholders
- A proactive mindset, keen to drive process improvement and add commercial value
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
