Engineering Support Handler
Salary: £26,661
Hours: 37.5 hours per week. Monday – Saturday, shifts between 8am - 8pm on a rotational basis. Occasional Sundays and Bank Holidays.

About the role
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Supply Chain / Engineering Support Assistant to join our dynamic team in a busy accident management company.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Supply Chain Managers and the Engineers to deliver excellence to the business and to our customers.

During your Welcome Period you will be required to attend the Fort Dunlop office each working day, upon successful completion, you will be required to attend for a minimum of two days per week.

  • What you'll be doing
  • support the network and engineering teams by administering incoming emails, responding where possible or triaging
  • track key workflows providing visibility to internal stakeholders and ensuring key activity dates are met
  • support the processing of incoming repair documents
  • maintain accurate records of all interactions and transactions related to supply chain, engineering and repair
  • provide exceptional customer service by addressing both internal and external stakeholder enquiries, resolving issues promptly
  • collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
  • be responsible for maintaining supplier profiles across our various systems
  • support our supply chain team by gathering data on supplier performance against KPIs.
  • What you'll bring
  • previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the accident management or insurance industry
  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
