An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join a leading international law firm. Supporting a highly regarded Corporate team, you will work on a broad range of high-value domestic and cross-border transactions while enjoying the flexibility of fully remote working.

Role
- Support a wide range of corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital, ECM and corporate reorganisations
- Conduct due diligence, document reviews and manage virtual data rooms
- Prepare and maintain transaction documentation, completion checklists and closing bibles
- Draft board minutes, shareholder resolutions, Companies House filings and other corporate documents under supervision
- Assist with corporate governance and company secretarial matters
- Support transaction execution, including signing processes, DocuSign coordination and post-completion activities
- Utilise legal technology and AI tools to support document management and transaction delivery
- Work closely with Partners, Fee Earners and business services teams to deliver high-quality client service
Candidate Requirements
- At least two years' Corporate Paralegal experience gained within a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience supporting corporate transactions, including M&A, private equity, venture capital or corporate governance matters
- Strong understanding of Companies House filings, due diligence and transaction processes
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong drafting skills and exceptional attention to detail
- Confident communicator with the ability to build relationships across legal and business services teams
- Experience using legal technology platforms and document management systems is advantageous
