Hours: 37.5 Hours, Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm with occasional weekends

About the role
To undertake tracing and co-operation activities in relation to third parties and witnesses in order to support AX claim recovery.

During your Welcome Period you will be required to attend the Fort Dunlop office each working day, upon successful completion, you will be required to attend for a minimum of two days per week.

  • What you'll be doing
  • deal with all general administrative duties relating to the department
  • receive incoming calls and direct as required to colleagues, taking clear messages ensuring they are communicated appropriately
  • prioritise workload and report requests in accordance with business demand
  • record, process and invoice for all aspects of APU Ltd
  • desktop reviews for both internal departments and external clients
  • handle enquiries and requests for documentation in relation to accident claims being managed by in-house departments and solicitors and control their progression throughout the claims cycle
  • support and help prioritise workload for Client Relationship Advisors, ensuring visits are completed within a timely and appropriate manner
  • assess intervention claims on receipt of documentation from third party insurers and their representatives
  • accurately respond to third party insurers and their representatives in order to minimise the risk of under recoveries to the business
  • act at all times with honesty and integrity, displaying confidentiality
  • advise of any issues/trends which impact the timely completion of assigned work
  • observe and comply with GDPR
  • consistently meet or exceed set performance objectives
  • undertake additional tasks and responsibilities as reasonably requested.
