An exciting opportunity has arisen for a proactive and organised Business Development & Marketing Assistant to join a leading professional services firm in Birmingham.
Working closely with the Chief Marketing Officer, Head of Business Development, and wider Marketing & BD teams, you will provide administrative and business development support across events, client engagement, market research, internal communications, and business development initiatives. You will also support the smooth running of the Birmingham office reception.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the planning and delivery of conferences, events, and business development activities
- Conducting market and sector research
- Managing invitations, attendee communications, and follow-up actions
- Coordinating internal meetings and communications
- Processing invoices and maintaining BD records and reporting
- Providing a professional front-of-house service for clients and visitors
- Supporting marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, and office operations
About you:
