The Role
As a Quality Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out detailed checks and inspections to ensure products meet the required quality standards.
Key responsibilities include
- Carrying out quality checks and visual inspections.
- Identifying defects, damage or issues that do not meet required standards.
- Ensuring work is completed accurately and to a high standard.
- Recording and reporting any quality issues.
- Working as part of a team to resolve quality concerns.
- Following company procedures and health & safety guidelines.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working environment.
About You
The successful candidate will have
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to spot even minor defects.
- A methodical and thorough approach to work.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to follow processes and instructions accurately.
- A reliable and hardworking attitude.

Previous experience within quality control, inspection, manufacturing, production, automotive or a similar environment would be advantageous, but full training can be provided for the right candidate.
