We're looking for an experienced Multi-Skilled Mobile Maintenance Engineer to deliver both planned preventative maintenance and reactive repairs across a diverse portfolio of commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs.
  • Diagnose and rectify mechanical and electrical faults.
  • Service and maintain HVAC systems, including AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF units, pumps, and motors.
  • Complete general plumbing works, including TMV servicing, tap replacements, and pipework repairs.
  • Conduct emergency lighting and fire alarm testing.
  • Carry out basic water hygiene and L8 compliance tasks.
  • Undertake general building fabric repairs and maintenance.
  • Accurately complete job sheets and maintenance documentation.

Requirements

  • City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing, or Air Conditioning.
  • Proven experience in commercial building services maintenance.
  • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.
  • Good customer service and communication skills.
  • Full UK driving licence.
