The Role

You will take ownership of a broad range of financial and commercial responsibilities while supporting the continued growth of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparation and review of monthly management accounts
  • Leading month-end and year-end processes
  • Delivering insightful financial analysis to support decision-making
  • Business partnering with operational and commercial stakeholders
  • Ownership of budgeting, forecasting and cashflow reporting
  • Driving process improvements and strengthening financial controls
  • Supporting strategic projects, systems enhancements and business initiatives
  • Managing and developing junior members of the finance team
  • Assisting with audit and statutory reporting requirements
