An established and well-respected private practice law firm is seeking a motivated Private Client Paralegal to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in wills, probate, LPAs, trusts, estate administration, or tax planning who wants to build a long-term career in Private Client law. Newly qualified candidates and those with strong paralegal experience in this area will be considered.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting solicitors with a varied caseload of private client matters
- Drafting wills, LPAs, and related estate planning documents
- Managing probate applications and assisting with full estate administration
- Liaising with clients, executors, beneficiaries, and third-party professionals
- Conducting legal research and preparing technical documentation

- Experience in Private Client law, either as a Paralegal or NQ Solicitor
