A well established and growing Yorkshire law firm is looking to recruit an experienced Private Client Fee Earner to join its team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Private Client Fee Earner with at least 2 years' PQE to manage a varied caseload and work across a broad range of private client matters within a supportive and ambitious firm.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to take ownership of their work, develop their expertise and contribute to the continued growth of the private client team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a varied caseload of private client matters
- Handle Wills, probate applications and estate administration
- Deal with lasting powers of attorney and trust administration
- Advise clients on inheritance tax planning
- Provide clear and practical legal advice
- Maintain accurate case records in line with firm procedures and compliance requirements
- Attend client meetings and appointments where required
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across different offices
- Contribute to the continued development and growth of the firm
Requirements
- At least 2 years' PQE in Private Client
- Broad experience across private client matters
- Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and client care skills
