Are you an experienced Automotive Technician, Vehicle Mechanic, Master Technician or Workshop Controller looking to step away from the tools and into a rewarding role where you can pass on your industry knowledge? This well-established Training provider is recognized for delivering high-quality vocational education and apprenticeship programs. With strong employer partnerships and continued investment in staff development, they are looking for an Automotive professional to join their growing apprenticeship team.
In this role, you will support Automotive apprentices throughout their learning journey, delivering training from the Aylesbury campus and carrying out workplace assessments and progress reviews with local employers. You will help learners develop the skills, knowledge and behaviours required to succeed within the Automotive industry while building strong relationships with both apprentices and employers.
The ideal candidate will hold a Level 3 qualification in Motor Vehicle and have strong Automotive industry experience. EV and F-Gas qualifications would be beneficial but are not essential. Previous teaching or assessing experience is not required, as full training and support will be provided to help you transition into education.
