This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of the UK's leading providers of asbestos training, auditing and competency assessment.
With an outstanding reputation across the industry, you will play a vital role in raising standards, supporting contractors and developing highly competent asbestos professionals nationwide.
You'll deliver practical and classroom-based training, assess delegates against real world competency standards and support learners throughout their development.
No previous teaching or assessing experience is required - if you have the industry knowledge and passion to develop others, all the training and qualifications will be provide that you need to progress.
This role would suit an experienced Asbestos Analyst looking to step away from site work whilst remaining within the industry and making a genuine difference to the next generation.
The Role
Deliver practical and classroom-based asbestos training.
Assess delegates against real world competency standards.
Support learners throughout their training journey.
Ensure training facilities meet high quality standards.
Maintain accurate learner records and assessment documentation.
Travel to around the country to pass on your knowledge
Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm (occasional Saturdays).
The Person
Minimum 3 years' experience as an Asbestos Analyst.
Strong practical asbestos industry background.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Full UK Driving Licence.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.
Passion for developing others.
