Our client based in Andover is looking for a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our growing team in Andover. This is a hands-on role involving the fabrication and welding of metal components to a high standard, working from technical drawings and specifications.
Welder Fabricator Roles and Responsibilities:
- Carry out general fabrication and metalwork
- MIG and TIG welding on a range of materials
- Complete sheet metalwork, cutting, forming and preparation
- Read and work from engineering drawings
- Use a range of hand and power tools
- Carry out basic machining work where required
- Assist with the manufacture and assembly of components
- Maintain a high standard of quality and attention to detail
- Work safely and efficiently within the workshop
- Use CAD software for basic design or drawing work, where required
Welder Fabricator Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a fabrication or welding environment
- Confident with both MIG and TIG welding
- Good knowledge of sheet metalwork
- Able to read and understand engineering drawings
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Machining experience would be an advantage
- CAD experience would be highly desirable

- Monday – Thursday, 08:00 – 16:30
- Friday, 08:00 – 13:00
