Our client, a highly established firm has a fanstasic opportunity available for an experienced Commercial Property Paralegal to join the Real Estate Team.

This is a full time office based role and the successful candidate will ideally have a law degree or significant experience in commercial property.

  • ROLE
  • Confident in assisting fee earners.
  • Assisting the onboarding team.
  • Supporting the team on a day-to-day basis including client calls, emails and meetings.
  • Compiling your own written communications.
  • Drafting documentation as required.
  • Assisting with post completion matters and file closing.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience of using a suitable document management system.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in this role or similar is essential.
  • Excellent IT (including data inputting) and organisational skills.
  • Skills and ability to assist a fee earner or multiple fee earners.
  • Experience in amending and collating letters and communicating with clients.
  • Knowledge of anti-money laundering and client due diligence procedures is preferable, along with being numerically confident.
