A successful Legal 500 firm is seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Paralegal to join its busy Residential Property team. The role involves supporting fee earners with a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters while providing a high standard of client care throughout the transaction process. This opportunity is ideal for a Paralegal with previous residential conveyancing experience who is looking to further develop their career within a supportive and professional legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of residential conveyancing transactions, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
- Prepare legal documents, contracts, completion statements and correspondence.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other solicitors.
- Order and review property searches, Land Registry documentation and title information.
- Ensure files are maintained accurately and in accordance with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Support fee earners throughout each stage of the conveyancing process.
- Maintain accurate records using the firm's case management system.
- Assist in progressing matters efficiently to exchange and completion while meeting key deadlines.
