Are you an experienced healthcare leader who thrives on variety, challenge, and making an immediate impact?

We are seeking an experienced Regional Manager / Peripatetic Manager to support a group of luxury care homes across the South Region.

This is a dynamic and rewarding role that combines operational leadership, hands-on support, and strategic development.

As a Regional Manager / Peripatetic Manager, you will step into management positions when required, providing leadership and stability during periods of absence, vacancy, or transition.

You will also work closely with Home Managers to support service performance, drive quality improvements, and ensure exceptional standards of care and hospitality are maintained across the region.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the opening of new luxury care homes, supporting commissioning activities, building high-performing teams, and embedding best practices from day one.

You will also contribute to the ongoing development of existing homes, helping to enhance resident experience, achieve commercial objectives, and maintain regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Registered Nurse qualification (desirable)
  • Has a successful track record as a Home Manager within elderly care
