An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join a relatively young, forward-thinking, and modern law firm based in Accrington. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing your own small caseload of matters
- Assisting fee earners with a mixed residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
- Drafting contracts and supporting documentation
- Conducting searches and preparing reports
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and third parties
- Handling post-completion matters including SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
- Providing regular client updates and ensuring a high standard of client care
- Supporting the wider property team as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience within residential conveyancing
- Experience assisting on sales, purchases, freehold, leasehold, remortgages, and transfers of equity
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a busy workload
