Accountancy Practice Specialists Taylor Rose Recruitment have just been instructed on a fantastic Accounts Senior or Client Manager opportunity on behalf of our client, a forward thinking firm in Staffordshire. Ideal for a part or fully qualified individual working in practice looking for the next step up in their career. Will be working an impressive and varied portfolio of clients, including SMEs, OMBs and LLPs, from an array of sectors providing accounts, tax and client advisory services. The firm has a very supportive, team culture with lots of flexibility and a great work life balance.

Excellent remuneration & benefits package, full ACA/ ACCA study support (if PQ), paid overtime TOIL, flexible hours, hybrid working arrangement and a personal progression plan. Part time considered, more info can be seen below:

The Role:

  • Preparation/ review of year end financial statements under FRS102
  • Corporate tax computations
  • Monthly management reporting
  • Tax planning
  • Review of VAT returns & bookkeeping
  • Training clients on accountancy software
  • Dealing with client queries
  • Attending client meetings
  • Assisting & mentoring junior staff

You:

  • ACA / ACCA PQ/ Qualified
  • MAAT also considered
  • Practice experience is essential
  • Proficient in accounts preparation under FRS102.
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • UK Resident
