Day-to-day of the role

  • Advise clients on all aspects of wills, trusts, estate planning, and inheritance tax mitigation.
  • Manage probate and estate administration, including complex and cross-border estates.

  • Provide guidance on Court of Protection matters and deputyship applications.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through exceptional service and clear communication.

  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with proven experience in Private Client law.
  • Strong technical knowledge of wills, trusts, probate, and tax planning.
