As an Intensive Housing Management Officer, you'll be at the heart of that mission.
This is a rewarding, hands-on role where you'll deliver a person-centred housing management service-supporting residents in temporary accommodation and independent living settings to sustain their tenancies and move towards independence.
What you'll be doing:
- Acting as the main point of contact for residents
- Managing tenancies, including sign-ups, reviews and early interventions
- Supporting residents with rent, benefits, and tenancy sustainment
- Carrying out property inspections and ensuring homes are safe and compliant
- Working with internal teams and partner agencies to provide joined-up support
- Supporting vulnerable customers, including those facing homelessness, domestic abuse or mental health challenges
What we're looking for:
- Experience in housing management, homelessness or supported housing
- Strong knowledge of tenancy and support needs
- A compassionate, resilient approach with the ability to build trust
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage a varied caseload and work both independently and as part of a team
