Our client is looking to hire exceptional individuals to join our highly successful team as Senior Negotiators with full training and ongoing support provided. Known for setting high standards with every member of the team working hard to continually achieve the very best results. As such, applicants must share the same work ethic. They must be tenacious, self-motivated, enthusiastic, professional and determined whilst delivering the best service to our customers. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. This position would be ideal for either an experienced property professional or someone with a strong sales background used to working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Arranging valuations
- Managing a database of pre qualified buyers
- Arranging and accompanying viewings
- Cross selling our services where possible including lettings, planning services and finance
