Position Overview

Currently seeking a motivated and experienced Property Manager to join the team in Norwich. In this role, you will take on a hands-on managerial position within the Lettings team, overseeing and growing the portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the lettings team
  • Monitor, assess, and coach individual team member performance
  • Ensure compliance with the highest regulatory standards
  • Conduct property inspections
  • Manage tenancy extensions and renewals
  • Coordinate maintenance and repair issues with contractors
  • Handle deposit returns and rental arrears
  • Process eviction requests
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Manage complaints effectively
  • Complete all check-in and check-out procedures, including full inventory reports

Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 years experience as a Property Manager
